Doerte Hirschberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, business development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Observer at one • fıve and as a General Partner at Climentum Capital, Doerte has a strong focus on investing in early-stage European companies aimed at decarbonization. Doerte also holds board positions at Jolt, Fermify, and Continuum Composite Recycling. Previously, Doerte founded and managed IdeaFox, a B2B SaaS solution, and served as VP of Business Development and VP of People at HelloFresh. With a background in venture development and HR at Rocket Internet SE, and experience as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, Doerte holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from LMU.
