Nicole Roberts

Nicole Roberts, SHRM-CP, PHR has an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2017, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Compassion-First Pet Hospitals, overseeing HR operations for multiple locations. Nicole was later promoted to Regional Director of Human Resources, responsible for eight sites across different states. From 2018 to 2020, Nicole worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at BrightView, where they built infrastructure and expanded the HR department to support the organization's rapid growth. In 2020, they joined MVAH Partners LLC as the Vice President of People & Culture, implementing a culture strategy for an essential distributed workforce. Moving forward, Nicole held leadership positions at Forta as the Senior Vice President of People and at 3Sixty Insights Inc as a member of the Global Executive Advisory Council. In 2022, they became a founding member of Hacking HR and a council member and contributor for the Forbes Human Resources Council. In 2023, Nicole joined People Solutions Group as the Founder and President, aiming to create a positive work environment for employees. Nicole also joined the Human Capital Institute as a faculty member and is set to begin their role as the Chief People Officer at Jones Lake Management.

Nicole Roberts, SHRM-CP, PHR, holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Nicole also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the same university. Prior to this, Nicole studied Human Resources Management at Wright State University. In terms of certifications, they have achieved the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015 and obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009. Nicole has also completed the Leadership Training for Developing Leaders course at Eager Labs in 2022.
