Kendra Baratta

Kendra Baratta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kendra currently holds the position of Senior Sourcing Manager at Jordan Manufacturing, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, Kendra worked at Covanta from 2019 to 2023, where they served as a Global Commodity Manager and later as a Continuous Improvement Manager.

From 2016 to 2019, Kendra worked at Arconic, where they held the position of Driveshaft Flowpath Manager, focusing on improving processes and managing capacity studies. Kendra also served as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing a team of 9 people and directing scheduling, logistics, forecasting, and customer support functions.

Before their time at Arconic, Kendra held the role of Materials Manager at C&D Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Kendra enhanced scheduling and master planning tools, resulting in improved customer shipments and reduced lead times.

From 2012 to 2015, Kendra worked at Danaher as a Materials Manager, where they supervised a team of 12 and was accountable for inventory management and shipping/receiving. Kendra also served as the interim Manager of Purchasing during this time, responsible for a $20M spend and PPV reduction.

Prior to Danaher, Kendra worked at Cooper Lighting - Richmond Facility from 2006 to 2012, holding various roles such as Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Senior MVP Specialist (Lean & Six Sigma Specialist). Kendra oversaw daily operations, improved vendor performance and reduced lead times, and mentored facility personnel on Lean Six Sigma principles.

Kendra started their career at Tyco Fire & Building Products in 2003 as a Manufacturing Engineer. Kendra later worked at Tyco - Allied Tube and Conduit as an Industrial Engineer in 2002, and at Tyco Flow Control as an Assembly Supervisor/Manufacturing Engineer in 2001.

Kendra Baratta obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Material Science Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Kendra also holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS, although the exact month and year of obtaining the certification are not specified.
