Alina Zolotareva, RDN

Alina Zolotareva, RDN has over 10 years of experience in the nutrition and health industry. Alina began their career in 2011 as a Dietetic Intern at Coney Island Hospital. In 2012, they interned at SPE Certified as a Sales & Nutrition Intern and at Rouge Tomate as a Culinary Nutrition Intern. Alina also worked as a Nutritionist and Health Educator at BronxWorks in 2012. In 2015, they joined AeroFarms as a Marketing Director and later became a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2018, they co-founded and co-hosted the Seeds and the City Podcast. In 2021, they became the Head of Partnerships at Fundación Fungi, The Fungi Foundation. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Journey Clinical.

Alina Zolotareva, RDN obtained a BS in Nutritional Sciences and Didactic Program in Dietetics from Cornell University between 2007 and 2011. In 2012, they obtained their Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Alina also holds a Registered Dietitian certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
