Rebecca Lee Whiting

Rebecca Lee Whiting has a long and impressive work history. Rebecca began their career in 2012 as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Marsha S. Berzon at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Rebecca then worked as a Summer Associate at Altshuler Berzon in 2013, followed by a Law Clerk position for the Honorable Vince Chhabria at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 2015. In 2016, they returned to Altshuler Berzon as an Associate. In 2020, they became a Charter Member of TechGC and also began working at Journey Colab as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Chief Legal Officer, Acting Chief Operating Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. In 2021, they became a Founding Member and Committee Steward, Corporate Forms & Business Practices of the Psychedelic Bar Association and Co-Founder of the California Psychedelic Bar Association. Finally, in 2022 they became the Founder of Epigram Legal P.C.

Rebecca Lee Whiting attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2011 to 2014, where they received their Doctor of Law (JD). From 2008 to 2009, they attended the Courtauld Institute of Art, U. of London, graduating with a Master of Arts (M.A.) with Distinction in History of Art. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Yale University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) cum laude in Art History, with distinction in the major.
