Andrew Jackson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career at Fujitsu Australia in 2000, working on the Family Information Research System (FIRS) Project. At Fujitsu, Andrew held various positions and was promoted to Principal Consultant.

In 2007, they joined Ajilon as the WA Service Line Director for Project Services, where they focused on managing and improving the professional skills and capabilities of the service line. Andrew also took responsibility for quality assurance processes and systems.

Andrew then moved on to roles at BHP Billiton, starting as a Project Director for the 1SAP Project, which aimed to standardize processes and data globally. Andrew later became a Principal Consultant for the Autonomous Haulage Program, overseeing the operationalization of autonomous haul trucks.

After their time at BHP Billiton, Andrew worked at Protegic as a Principal Consultant, where they played a crucial role in the Autonomous Haulage Production Trial (AHPT) using Caterpillar's autonomous haulage system.

Andrew then transitioned to positions at the Department of Finance, where they served as an EPMO Project Manager and an Information Management Consultant. During these roles, Andrew focused on delivering business cases, operating models, and transition plans to support digital transformation initiatives.

Most recently, Andrew worked at JourneyOne, serving as a Program Increment Manager for the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS). Their responsibilities included implementing a cloud-based solution and ensuring compliance with the WA Identity Exchange Framework (WDIF).

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation.

Andrew Jackson received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Systems Management from Edith Cowan University. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2018, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in January 2011, MSP Certified Practitioner from APMG International in August 2008, and Prince2 Certified Practitioner from APMG International in May 2006.
