Hery Amisi serves as a Transitional Case Manager at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. since March 2022, assisting refugees and other individuals with unique needs in navigating U.S. systems. Previously, Hery worked as a Refugee Advisor for the International Rescue Committee, participating in the Refugee Advisory Council to enhance cultural orientation for resettled individuals. Additional experience includes roles as PC Medical Case Manager and COVID-19 Response Coordinator at the International Institute of Buffalo, and Child Protection and Refugee Protection Monitor positions at HIAS Refugee Trust of Kenya and Refugee Consortium of Kenya, respectively. Hery has also contributed as a Project Coordinator for Faulu Productions in Kakuma refugee camp and served as a community counselor with Jesuit Refugee Service. Hery holds education from The Creighton University/Jesuit Worldwide Learning in 2017.
