Fred Vasconcelos

Fred Vasconcelos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1996, they worked as the Financial Administrative Manager at Gator Spirits Food and Beverages. From 1998 to 1999, they served as the Administrative Manager at the United Nations. In 1999, they joined CESAR - Instituto de Inovação as a Business Unit Director, responsible for creating and implementing optimized policies and managing annual budgets. At Jynx Playware, they worked as the CEO from an unknown start date to 2003, and later as the CMO from 1999 to an unknown end date. At C.E.S.A.R, they served as a Board Member from 2009 to 2015. Fred then joined Oktagon Games as a Board Member from 2013 to 2016, where they served as the Forward CEO and CFO annually. Fred also had significant involvement with Abragames - Brazilian Association of Game Development Companies, where they served as the President from 2010 to 2012 and as a Board Member from 2012 to 2020. Since 2009, they have been the CEO of Joy Street, where they are responsible for strategic planning, management, revenue, sales, marketing, development, branding, investment capture, operation roadmap, budget management, governance, compliance policies, and audit.

Fred Vasconcelos has a diverse education history that includes executive education programs as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 1995, they attended Santa Fe College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Fred then completed the Empretec program in 1999, focusing on entrepreneurship. In 2006, they participated in the Programa de Desenvolvimento de Dirigentes at Fundação Dom Cabral. Fred furthered their education with an MBA at CEDEPE from 2007 to 2009, specializing in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations, although they did not complete the degree. In 2014, they attended both Stanford University and Babson College to pursue executive education programs in Innovation and Entrepreneurship through the Endeavor organization.
