In 2006, they participated in the Programa de Desenvolvimento de Dirigentes at Fundação Dom Cabral. Fred furthered their education with an MBA at CEDEPE from 2007 to 2009, specializing in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations, although they did not complete the degree. In 2014, they attended both Stanford University and Babson College to pursue executive education programs in Innovation and Entrepreneurship through the Endeavor organization.
