Elena Winitschenko

Elena Winitschenko has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Elena began their career as a trainee at Saint Elmo's Interaction in Munich in October 2011 and completed their role in June 2012. Elena then worked as a Junior Art Director at the same company from August 2012 to June 2014 before being promoted to Online Art Director in July 2014. Elena held this position until December 2015.

In 2016, Elena joined maxdome GmbH as a Senior Designer and worked there until May 2019. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing creative solutions.

Since June 2019, Elena has been a part of Joyn GmbH. Initially, they served as a Lead UX Designer and in June 2023, they transitioned to the role of Team Lead UX Design. Their contributions involve leading a team and creating user-focused design strategies.

Throughout their career, Elena has displayed continuous growth in the design field, progressing from an entry-level position to leadership roles.

Elena Winitschenko attended the Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mediadesign.
