Harald Rauer

Director Process Engineering PBU EMEA Steering Wheel at Joyson Safety Systems

Harald Rauer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Harald started their career in 1992 as a Projektingenieur Elektrotechnik at LOOS International, where they worked until 1996. In 1997, they joined Standardkessel Lentjes-Fasel GmbH as a Projektingenieur Elektrotechnik. Harald then moved to Petri AG in 1998 where they held the position of Project Leader Production Preparation until 2001. Harald'snext venture was with Joyson Safety Systems in 1998 as the Director Process Engineering PBU EMEA Steering Wheel, a role they currently still holds. From 2001 to 2010, Harald worked at Takata, initially as the Manager Production Engineering & Launch Management EMEA, and later served as the Werksleiter, Werk Aschaffenburg, and Director Process Development in both regional and global capacities. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Geschäftsführer at AMA Airbag Module Assembly GmbH, Gesellschafter Joyson Safety Systems.

Harald Rauer attended Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur qualification.
