Luiz Antonio Facioli Jr.

Luiz Antonio Facioli Jr. began their career as a Trainee at Volkswagen in 2004. Luiz Antonio then moved on to thyssenkrupp Metalurgica Campo Limpo, where they served as a Project Leader from 2005 to 2008 and later became the Head of Product Engineering from 2008 to 2016. Following that, they joined thyssenkrupp Metalurgica de Mexico as a Product Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at thyssenkrupp as a Sales and Engineering Manager. Luiz Antonio is currently employed at Joyson Safety Systems, initially holding the position of Executive Engineering Manager from February 2020 to November 2020, and then transitioning to the role of Engineering Director starting in November 2020.

Luiz Antonio Facioli Jr. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá from 2000 to 2004. Luiz Antonio then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2006 to 2008. In 2018, they obtained their Maestría en Gestión de la Ingeniería (Master's in Engineering Management) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
