Danielle Snyder serves as the Head of Design Strategy and Customer Ecosystem for Digital Channels at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since December 2022, leading a team focused on enhancing the Chase digital experience. Prior to this, Danielle held the position of Executive Director of Design for Public Digital Channels at Humana, where leadership encompassed strategizing to improve access to care for seniors. Experience also includes roles as Design Director at Fjord, where Danielle directed multidisciplinary teams in crafting comprehensive digital experiences, and as a Design Director at Summer Infant, overseeing user experience design. Danielle's early career featured various design roles, including user experience analysis and product design internships, obtained from a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
