Jonathan Aguirre

Jonathan Aguirre is a distinguished professional with a diverse background in user experience research and environmental studies. Currently serving as Vice President and User Experience Research Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2022, Aguirre specializes in research and strategy for the Home Lending team. As a co-founder and adviser at Logische Phantasie Lab from June 2020 to October 2022, Aguirre focused on the intersection of climate change and digital technologies, leading fundraising efforts and partnerships. Aguirre's academic tenure at Princeton University, from July 2016 to January 2022, included roles as a PhD student, instructor, UX researcher, and committee member, where significant contributions were made to diversifying campus nomenclature and creating resources for underrepresented students. Previous experience also includes research in economic development for Choose New Jersey, and interdisciplinary projects on energy policy at the High Meadows Environmental Institute. Jonathan Aguirre holds a PhD from Princeton University and a BA from The City College of New York.
