Naveen Xavier

Naveen Xavier is the Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since August 2021, previously holding the position of Vice President at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd from September 2018 to August 2021, where contributions included conceptualizing AI/ML products and driving strategic digital initiatives. Naveen co-founded DataVal Analytics Corporation in 2016, serving as Director, COO, and Co-Founder, and developed a Big Data Analytics Platform along with successful predictive analytics solutions. Earlier roles include Director at the Home Ministry of India, where Naveen architected counter-terrorism frameworks using Big Data technologies, and Joint Director at the Defence Ministry, focusing on pan-India communication networks. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Telecom & IT from the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering.
