Mark Smith

VP Of Customer Experience at JPW Industries

Mark Smith has extensive work experience in the logistics and operations field. Mark started their career at UPS in 1985, where they held various roles in operations, industrial engineering, and marketing until 1998. Following that, they worked at Ozburn-Hessey Logistics as the Director of Engineering, responsible for managing projects and achieving organizational goals. In 2003, they joined Walter Meier (Formerly WMH Tool Group) as the Director of Logistics, before being promoted to the role of VP of Fulfillment in 2005. In 2010, they began working at JPW Industries, where they initially served as the VP of Operations and later became the VP of Customer Experience.

Mark Smith studied at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1989 to 1994. Mark completed a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
