Thuso Moleleki

Thuso Moleleki is an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong background in desktop support, telephony support, and system configurations. Currently at the JSE since November 2018, Thuso specializes in installing and configuring operating systems, setting up emails, printers, and telephony systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity for users. Thuso's prior roles include IT support positions at the Department of Justice, Tsogo Sun, Jicho Consulting, Advanced Projects and People, and Gijima, where responsibilities included software installations, system migrations, and network configurations. Thuso holds several credentials, including the Az-900 certification in Information Technology and an ITIL v4 Foundation certificate, as well as foundational studies in Information Technology from Belgium Campus and ongoing education at the IT Academy.
