Laila Kramer

Laila Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laila is currently the Head of People at Jua, where they lead a team of accomplished and ambitious individuals, solving interesting engineering problems. Laila also holds the position of CPOHQ Member at Knoetic | CPOHQ.

Laila obtained a Honours degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the same university from 2015 to 2018. Laila also studied Strategic HR Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika for a brief period in 2015.

Before pursuing higher education, Laila earned a BA Degree in English & German from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2005. Laila also completed a Copywriting & Art Direction program at Vega School in 2006.

Laila has further expanded their education with certifications. Laila obtained Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter in June 2021.
