Kristi Grimes

Kristi Grimes is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Jubilant, a Human Capital Management/ Payroll software consulting partner. Prior to this role, Kristi has held various positions at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and Ultimate Software, including Director of Global Engagement Services and Director of Strategic Planning. Kristi's experience includes leading services sales teams, developing customer proposals, and supporting enterprise sales account executives in winning new business. Kristi also has experience in HCM implementation practice management and consulting. Kristi graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
