Carina Martins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carina has held positions such as Head of Pricing Operations at JUICER, ClickUp Vetted Consultant at ClickUp, Founder and Director of Be.Spark e-Learning, Strategy and Performance Director, Non-Executive Director, and Process Improvement Consultant at Argyll, Founder, Director & Lead Instructor at Benessere | Organisational Wellbeing, Partner at SmartPA, Director of Processes and Continuous Improvement and Project Manager at Kognitiv Corporation, General Manager at The Stanneylands and Interim General Manager at The Olde Bell. Carina has also served as the General Manager of Hotel Fasano Boa Vista. Throughout their career, Carina has been involved in tasks such as pricing operations, process improvement, e-learning platform creation, strategy development, project management, organizational development, and hotel management. Carina is experienced in improving efficiency, implementing process changes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Carina Martins completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the year 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, graduating between the years 2000 and 2005.

Furthermore, Carina has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In August 2019, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institution. In October 2019, Carina received the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner Certification from PeopleCert. Carina acquired the PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certification in December 2019 and became an Experienced Lean Practitioner, obtaining the LCS Level 2B Certification from the Lean Competency System in February 2020.
