Andarini Sarathi

Andarini Sarathi has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2018, they interned at PT. Sarlito Binapersona, where they assisted with conducting psychological tests for recruitment and training. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Sourcing Staff and later as a Recruitment Consultant at PT OS SELNAJAYA INDONESIA, where they researched, headhunted, and recruited potential candidates.

In 2021, Andarini joined Indocyber Global Teknologi as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in recruiting for tech positions. Andarini handled the entire recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to screening CVs and interviewing candidates. Andarini also managed the interview process with clients and negotiated remuneration packages.

Currently, Andarini is working at JULO as Talent Acquisition (Data & Product). Their responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for the Data and Product Team, liaising with hiring managers, and building relationships with candidates.

Andarini Sarathi pursued their education in Psychology at Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI from 2015 to 2019.
