GARGI BANERJEE SPHRi® GPHR® has extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. GARGI is currently the Head of Talent, Learning & Organization Development at Julphar, where they contribute to the company's overall strategy and acts as a human resource advisor to the leadership team. GARGI is responsible for implementing HR policies and governance frameworks and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. GARGI has also led talent acquisition and management initiatives, including executing Emiratization-based workforce planning directives.

Prior to their current role, GARGI served as the Head of HR - R&D at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. In this position, they transformed HR policies to support a business partnering approach and implemented talent and organizational development strategies. GARGI also led strategic HR projects and worked towards meeting Great Place to Work standards.

GARGI gained experience at Reckitt Benckiser as the National Head of Capability Building, where they established capability development practices and implemented talent management initiatives for multiple regions. At Amway, they served as the Head of Training and Development, focusing on establishing a high-performance culture and developing high-performing teams.

Earlier in their career, GARGI worked as a Territory Manager at Johnson & Johnson and as a Marketing Executive at Novo Nordisk.

Gargi Banerjee SPHRi® GPHR® has a diverse education background. In 1994, they completed their Class 10 from Sri Sara Ashram. GARGI pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology from the University of Calcutta from 1996 to 1999, followed by a Master's Degree in Applied Biology from The University of Burdwan from 1999 to 2000. In 2010, they obtained an Executive MBA in Marketing & Training from Services Jobs and Management. GARGI also has certifications in various areas of Human Resources Management, including Certified Learning & Development Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institutes in 2015 and Certification in Instructional Design from Vyaktitva in 2014. Gargi Banerjee completed the Strategic Human Resource Management program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018. GARGI holds certifications as a Certified Organizational Analyst and Developer and as a Certified OD Developer from Middle Earth HR in 2015. Furthermore, Gargi Banerjee has obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certification from HRCI in September 2020.
