Khing Myat Mon

Khing Myat Mon has a strong background in human resources, with over 14 years of experience in the field. They began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Assistant at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where they worked until 2009. They then joined Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Dubai as an HR Coordinator, specializing in employee relations and payroll. After four years in this role, Khing moved to Jumeirah Golf Estates in 2013, where they currently work as an HR Officer, focusing on payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Khing Myat Mon completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Studies from Dagon University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, Khing Myat Mon studied Information Technology at Myanmar Institute of Information Technology (MIIT). In addition to their educational background, Khing Myat Mon obtained certifications in Speaking with Impact from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in March 2013, and in Human Resources Management from the same institution in August 2009.
