Steve Simpson

Steve Simpson has held various roles throughout their career. Steve is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at JumpCloud since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Security at The Citadel starting in August 2021. From September 2011 onwards, they worked as the CFO/CIO at Life Center Family Medicine. Steve also held the position of Principal Information Technology Specialist at Parsons Corporation from January 2014 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief Scientist at Secure Mission Solutions until February 2022. In 2006, they served as the Chief Engineer at L-3 Communications, and from 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst III at Atlas Technologies, Inc. Finally, from 1996 to 1998, they held the role of Sr. Information Systems Administrator at Synectics Corporation.

Steve Simpson has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1990 to 1996. Steve subsequently pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2002 to 2005.
