Your role  🙋

We are seeking a strong Sales Rep to join our team! You will establish a strong customer base for Juni within our Swedish market. Working closely with key stakeholders across the company, you will be responsible for establishing a strong sales pipeline through outbound tactics. This is a prospecting-heavy, hands-on position in a company expecting to go through fast growth in a fast-growing market.

After 6 months of focus on mastering cold outreach and filling the top of the pipeline funnel, you’ll be ready to move on into a full sales cycle role.

Your responsibilities  💪

In this role you’ll:

  • Establish a new client base for Juni, building sales pipeline through Inbound leads.
  • Work closely with our sales team and other key stakeholders to build the sales funnel.
  • Proactively develop and create leads by leveraging personal and professional networks, as well as our tools for data and insights
  • Present the Juni product and technology to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership.
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas.
  • Ensure compliance in our sales process.

Within 1 month you'll:

  • Learn how to place the Juni value proposition.
  • Understand how Juni works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
  • Find your first inbound opportunity.
  • Filter through our inbound leads and have meetings with customers interested in using Juni

Within 3 months you'll:

  • Getting the best deals in the pipeline by hunting and qualifying prospects.
  • Other crew members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you, you're firing on all cylinders and identifying ways we can improve processes!
  • You have helped us go to market much quicker - our velocity has increased significantly.

Within 6 months you'll:

  • You'll identify new tools / methods / sales processes that work best.
  • You'll be charging up for a great end of the year pipeline and exceeding your targets.
  • You’ll continuously achieve and overachieve against your quota.
  • You’ll start to prep for your new role as a full sales cycle SMB rep.

Your qualifications  👨‍🎓

What we need to see:

  • 1+ years of experience as an inbound or outbound focused Sales Development Representative or similar
  • Strong & creative negotiation skills
  • Critical thinker and extremely data-driven: this is performance-based marketing not engagement/brand.
  • Excellent communication skills in native Swedish and, of course, English

What we’d love to see:

  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS
