We're looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team. You'll be working closely with our New Business, Finance and Marketing teams to define, implement, and monitor our core revenue processes. Your role will be crucial in empowering our Commercial team to drive growth by ensuring operational efficiency, data analysis and insights, and proper process execution. We're also counting on you to help select and implement the best methods and tools to drive business outcomes, as well as to provide the necessary coordination and documentation for our sales enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities  👏

In this role, you’ll:

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with New Business, Finance and Marketing to streamline and enforce revenue processes across all regions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate actionable insights through rigorous data analysis to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Tool Selection and Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and methods that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement: Coordinate and document sales enablement initiatives, ensuring that the Commercial team has the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve operational practices to keep pace with business growth and market demands.

Qualifications  👑

What we need to see

  • University degree in business, finance, maths, engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or other sales-analytics role, preferably in a high-growth, VC-funded tech startup or scale-up
  • Experience in driving process improvement & operational excellence across multiple focus areas: documentation, enablement, systems, and process
  • Positive attitude and ability to “roll up their sleeves”, handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal
  • Deep understanding of tooling used by cloud startups and scale-ups, including HubSpot, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI, and Customer Data Management
  • Data-driven, highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
