Katie Keane

Vice President Operations at Junior Achievement

Katie Keane has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Katie started their career in 1997 as a City Director at the Cleveland Sport & Social Club, where they managed adult sport leagues and organized special events. In 1999, Katie joined Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland as a Special Events Manager, where they successfully increased fundraising revenue and established new business partnerships. Katie then transitioned to the role of Marketing & Special Events Director, achieving consistent revenue growth for eight consecutive years. In 2007, Katie joined Chi Omega Fraternity as the Director of Alumnae Development, providing support to alumnae and implementing systems to improve communication and donor tracking. In 2012, they joined Case Western Reserve University as the Senior Director of Alumni Relations and later became the Director of National Development, where they cultivated relationships with alumni and secured major gifts. Currently, Katie serves as the Vice President Development at Junior Achievement USA, responsible for identifying and soliciting six- and seven-figure gifts and managing corporate partnerships.

Katie Keane obtained a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from Bowling Green State University between 1993 and 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU, completing it from 2015 to 2018.
