As an E-Commerce Illustrator & Designer at Juniper, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and marketing efforts for our creators. Your work will directly influence how our products are perceived and engaged with by fans around the world and be integral to elevating our creators' brands and storefronts. What You’ll Be Doing: 

E-commerce Website + Email Design

  • Plan website layouts and email sequences based on launch plans provided by the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and copywriters to ensure the messaging is clear and engaging.
  • Build e-commerce websites using our website editor, and email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Manage products and collections on websites using the Shopify CMS.

Digital Asset Creation

  • Create and prepare assets for e-commerce websites and emails, including banners, product images, social media posts, and other graphic elements.

  • Follow brand guidelines and maintain a high level of polish.

  • Here are some examples of the type of work we do: Apex Legends, Wendigoon, Alaska Violet, & Moriah Elizabeth!

You Have: 

  • A portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design intuition, typography, branding, and design thinking.

  • Experience in e-commerce website design with a fundamental understanding of mapping user journeys, from landing on the site to completing a purchase, and identifying key touchpoints.

  • Excellent understanding of marketing and web design principles like grouping and highlighting products, limiting choices, and optimizing for conversions.

  • Experience using website editors like Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow, and email builders like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

  • Flexibility to switch between various brand aesthetics and tones while maintaining a high level of polish.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator, including photo editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects are a plus, but not required.

  • Strong copywriting skills are a plus, but not required.
