Travis Fitzpatrick

Travis Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Travis began their career in 2009 as a Bag Room Manager at Wee Burn Country Club. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Grey Healthcare Group and as a Production Management Student Associate at Fuse TV.

In 2014, Travis joined Now Media Group as a Sales Associate and later moved on to become the Director of Relationship Management at Crowd Hub, where they worked until 2020.

Travis'smost recent and significant work experience is with JUNO, where they held multiple roles. Travis started as the Director of Client Success in 2020, responsible for building and managing a team of Customer Success Managers. In this role, they facilitated communication between clients and the development/engineering team, resolving client-related issues and coordinating product feedback.

Travis then transitioned to the position of Director of Client Success Operations in 2021, focusing on driving product initiatives and process improvements. Travis also managed the technical support team and developed training manuals for new Client Success Managers.

Currently, Travis holds the position of Sales Engineer at JUNO. In this role, they created an internal training platform for sales teams and conducted personalized onboarding sessions for new Account Executives. Travis also assisted in technical demonstration calls to identify customer needs and implemented custom functionalities.

Travis Fitzpatrick completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of San Diego from 2010 to 2014. Travis also participated in the University's Study Abroad Program, spending time in Madrid, Spain in 2012, Florence, Italy in 2012, and Paris, France in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Travis obtained a certification in "LIVE Getting Started with Gong: Revenue Professionals" from Gong in February 2023.
