Tobi Lebowitz has extensive legal experience, primarily in the field of corporate law. They most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Jushi Holdings Inc. starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs at Jushi Holdings Inc. from January 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Jushi Holdings Inc., Lebowitz worked at KLX Inc. as an Associate General Counsel from August 2017 to January 2019, and as a Senior Corporate Counsel from December 2014 to August 2017. They also briefly worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at B/E Aerospace from November 2014 to December 2014.

Lebowitz began their legal career at Stearns Weaver Miller, where they held various roles including Labor and Employment Attorney/Business Litigator/Shareholder from October 2012 to October 2014, and Labor and Employment Attorney/Business Litigator/Associate from an unspecified start date in 2008 to September 2012.

They also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for Magistrate Judge Gary R. Jones from July 2006 to April 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Holland & Knight LLP from February 2006 to July 2006, and as a Summer Associate at Holland & Knight LLP from May 2005 to August 2005.

Tobi Lebowitz began their education at Stanton College Preparatory from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their International Baccalaureate. Tobi then attended the University of Florida from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree. Tobi continued their education at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 2003 to 2005, receiving their J.D. degree. Additionally, Tobi pursued further education in Human Resources Management, earning a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University. Tobi also obtained a Certificate in HR Compensation & Benefits from the same institution.
