James Fenton

James Fenton's work experience begins in 2006 with TUI Careers, where they started as a holiday advisor and eventually became a team leader overseeing resort operations and managing staff. In 2010, they joined Your Move as a sales negotiator and was quickly promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator due to their outstanding performance. Since 2014, James has been working at Just IT, first as a Divisional Manager and currently as a Sales Director. Their role at Just IT involves working with aspiring apprentices, providing them with guidance, teaching employability and technical skills, and helping them secure job placements in the tech industry.

James Fenton completed their education from Skills Team in 2018, obtaining a Level 3 ILM leadership & Management degree. James also holds a Safer Recruitment certification from Tes, to be obtained in 2023. Additionally, they have a distinguished ILM level 3 Diploma from ILM in 2018. Prior to Skills Team, James attended Carshalton Sports College, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period.
