Haley S. Anderson is a Ph.D. Student in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at the University of California at Berkeley, School of Law. She is also a postgraduate fellow at Just Security and a former research scholar at NYU School of Law. She holds a JD from NYU, where she was a scholar at the Institute of International Law and Justice, and managing editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review, and John Bruce Moore Award recipient. Prior to joining Just Security, Haley worked for the Permanent Mission of Mozambique to the United Nations in Geneva, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP, and Oxford University Press. Her research interests include human rights, international courts and tribunals, sovereign immunity, atrocity crimes, cultural heritage, and the post-Soviet region.
