Connie Yee

Connie Yee is a Senior Closing Specialist and one of JVM Lending’s most seasoned and skilled Closing Specialists, as she has now closed hundreds of purchases and refinances. JVM’s Closing Specialists are fully licensed Mortgage Analysts who understand every aspect of the mortgage approval process and take over 100% of every transaction once it is ready to submit to underwriting. Connie is renowned by her teammates for her exceptional diligence and has played a critical role in helping JVM more than double its volume since joining the company.

Connie grew up in China and later moved to California where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Statistics at UC Berkeley. Prior to her tenure at JVM, Connie worked for a nationwide title insurer as an Escrow Assistant. Connie’s experience in setting up hundreds of complex files, managing and allocating client funds, and educating clients about the buying and selling process makes her an invaluable resource for JVM’s borrowers.
