Pathak Chandresh

Pathak Chandresh is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various aspects of human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager-HR & IR at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. since October 2016, Pathak oversees recruitment, legal compliance, manpower planning, and contract labor management. Prior roles include Human Resources Executive at Essen Speciality Films Limited, focusing on payroll management and administration, and similar roles at Gautam Casting Group, where responsibilities encompassed time office, salary, and security management.
