Abby Olson

Abby Olson is a professional in nutrition and wellness management with extensive experience in educational and nonprofit settings. Currently serving as the K-12 Wellness Manager at K-12 by Elior since February 2016, Abby previously held the position of Education Business Dining Wellness Manager at A'viands for a brief period in the same month. Prior experience includes working as the Food and Nutrition Director at Pine City Public Schools ISD#578, where responsibilities involved overseeing food service operations and staff supervision. Abby also contributed as a Registered Dietitian at Food Outreach from July 2012 to August 2014, providing nutritional support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS or cancer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition with an emphasis in Dietetics and Hispanic Studies from the College of Saint Benedict, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama, and completion of a Dietetic Internship at Saint Louis University.
