Alyssa Daines, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alyssa started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at K & D Services Inc. in September 2022, where they currently work. Prior to this, they worked as an HR/Office Assistant at the same company from July 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining K & D Services Inc., they worked as a Loan Administrative Assistant at American Pacific Mortgage from September 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they gained experience in loan administration.

Alyssa also has experience in inventory control, having worked as an Inventory Control Clerk at Bed Bath & Beyond from February 2017 to August 2020.

Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Intern at City of Edmonds, WA Public Works in July 2019, where they gained practical experience in HR processes.

Alyssa Daines, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University, where they studied from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business from Everett Community College from 2017 to 2018, specializing in Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA). In addition to their education, Alyssa also holds a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained in February 2023 from the institution SHRM.
