Kirsten Qvist Isak

Kirsten Qvist Isak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2008 and 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at NERI, Kalø and the University of Aarhus, conducting projects related to landscape management and biodiversity research. Kirsten Qvist later joined NIRAS in 2009 as a Cand.scient. Landscape Management, where they worked as an Environmental and Consent Manager for offshore wind farm projects in the UK and as a Project Manager for hydro power station projects in Greenland. From 2018 to 2021, Kirsten worked at K2 Management as a Senior Consultant, before transitioning to the role of Senior Project Manager at Energinet from 2021 to 2022. In 2023, they joined COWI as a Leading Project Manager and Owners Engineer, and then returned to K2 Management as a Senior Consultant in the same year.

Kirsten Qvist Isak's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Management from Copenhagen University's Faculty of Life Sciences, which they pursued from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, also known as Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry.
