Velina Dimitrova

Velina Dimitrova has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Velina is currently working as a Senior Consultant in Electrical Engineering at K2 Management since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at FLSmidth as a Senior System Engineer and Technical Project Manager for Equipment Automation Systems from June 2019 to May 2020. Velina also served as an Engineering Manager Electrical and Project Consultant for the "Albatros" substation at SGRE from September 2018 to May 2019. Velina has also held positions at KK Wind Solutions as a Technical Lead from February 2017 to January 2018, and at Siemens Wind Power as both an Offshore Certification Project Manager from April 2014 to February 2017, and a Project Coordinator for offshore projects from July 2011 to April 2014. Velina started their career as a Renewable Energy Engineer at Global Wind Power from September 2009 to August 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Engineer at ARTTEC Solution" EOOD from January 2009 to June 2009, and as an Automation Engineer at Kremikovtzi Corporation from July 2006 to December 2008.

Velina Dimitrova has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2008, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical Power Systems and Electrical Interior Engineering. Before that, from 1995 to 1999, they attended the Professional High School of Economics, studying Economics. In 2013, Velina attended APMG-International, where they focused on Project Management. Velina also completed a PM Program, specializing in The Basics of Project Management. Additionally, Velina has participated in a PM 3 – Project Manager C-projects course and received training at the Vestas Training Center.
