Kaitlin Tierney

Kaitlin Tierney has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 with a sales role at Hawthorn Publications. Kaitlin then moved to The World Bank in 2005 as a Junior Professional Associate. In 2010, they joined BAE Systems as a Task Manager, Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Task Lead, and All Source Analyst. In 2014, they became a Technology Management Consultant at Praetorian Standard Inc. In 2018, they joined 4 Arrows Consulting, Inc. as Vice President of Program Management. Currently, they are the Director of Federal Business and Program Director of Federal Success at K2Share.

Kaitlin Tierney received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
