Bryan Housel

Bryan Housel is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Kaart on assignment at Meta since March 2020. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Staff Engineer at Mapbox from September 2015 to March 2020 and participated as a Board Member for OpenStreetMap US from February 2018 to February 2019. With a consultancy background at GC Partners and 7th Position Consulting, Bryan contributed significantly to the implementation and performance of Law Manager systems for prominent clients, including the Port Authority of NY/NJ and Citigroup. Bryan's career also includes a technical leadership role as Tech Lead and Systems Architect at Law Manager from August 2002 to December 2004, overseeing teams in developing and maintaining software solutions. Bryan holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Drexel University, completed in 1999.
