Cphr Tina Lai

Tina Lai, CPHR, has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tina is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Kabam, a global leader in developing multiplayer mobile games. In this role, Tina is responsible for merging consumer behavior with game design to create immersive experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

Before joining Kabam, Tina held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Atlas Corp. from February 2020 to July 2022. Atlas Corp. is a global asset management platform focused on sustainable value creation. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Seaspan Corporation, the largest charter owner and manager of containerships. Tina was responsible for managing a global workforce of over 4,000 employees across multiple countries.

Tina's work experience also includes a prominent role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Metrie, the largest supplier and manufacturer of architectural elements in North America. During their tenure at Metrie, Tina oversaw the HR department and contributed to the company's growth and success.

Tina has also held various HR positions at Teligence, a pioneering communication company, and Farris, a leading Canadian law firm. Tina's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Davis & Company and later at Fasken, a full-service law firm with multiple international offices.
