Garrett Miller began their work experience in January 2012 as a Customer Support Representative for iEnergizer. Garrett provided live chat, phone, and email support for players in a campaign for Enmasse Entertainment, maintaining a high level of quality and staying up to date with potential issues. Garrett also provided phone and email support for customers in a campaign for Electronic Arts.

In May 2013, Garrett joined Kabam as a Player Experience Agent, using CRM tools to investigate and respond to player inquiries and concerns, concurrently supporting 8 games. Garrett served as the Support Point of Contact for Kabam's second game "Dragons of Atlantis".

In May 2018, Garrett was promoted to Lead Player Support Agent at Kabam, where they used CRM tools to investigate and resolve escalated manager requests. Garrett investigated game-specific mechanics and game bug concerns and gathered data on issue impacts to determine the best course of action for team instruction.

Garrett Miller attended Stony Point High School from 2006 to 2010. Garrett did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during their time there. In August 2018, Garrett obtained a certification in "Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings" from LinkedIn.
