Ayman Ali

Ayman Ali is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Acting Talent Acquisition Manager at IKK Group since December 2021, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Lead. Additionally, Ayman has been with KABBANI CONSTRUCTION GROUP since June 2018, progressing from Recruitment Officer to Recruitment Supervisor, where responsibilities include developing Performance Management policies, analyzing recruitment processes, and implementing changes based on performance data. Previous experience includes working as a Personnel Officer, overseeing exit interviews and administrative investigations, and beginning a career as an Accountant at King Fahad Hospital. Ayman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Wesleyan University and a Diploma in Accounting from Jeddah College of Technology. Further education includes a graduate program in English at the University of North Florida.
