Jesse Beardshear

Jesse Beardshear is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Kabooki Sushi since October 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Jesse has been the Chef and Owner of chefbeardshear.com since May 2020 and a Chef Consultant since July 2019. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Menagerie Eatery and Bar and The Smiling Bison, as well as Sous Chef at Publix Super Markets. Jesse's extensive experience in various culinary leadership positions has been complemented by formal education at the California Culinary Academy, where an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts was earned.
