Kim Havens

Co-Founder at Kahilla

Kim Havens is the Co-Founder of Kahilla. Prior to that, they were the VP Development at Trumark Urban from January 2015 to December 2016. There, they were responsible for managing multiple developments and establishing processes, procedures and best practices. Some of their notable projects include: The Pacific, San Francisco Adaptive reuse of 9-story dental school building in Pacific Heights into a luxury 76-unit LEED Gold condominium building; Rowan, San Francisco 70-unit condominium building including 11 affordable homes and 1,597 square feet of commercial space; and Knox, San Francisco 91-unit condominium building including 11 affordable homes and 545 square feet of commercial space.

Before Trumark Urban, Kim Havens was the President of Havens Development from January 2017 to December 2020. And before that, they were a Development Manager at The Lee Group, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2006. Kim Havens started their career as an Environmental Analyst at EDAW, Inc. from January 2002 to December 2004.

Kim Havens completed a BA in Environmental Studies and Dance from Middlebury College. Kim then spent their freshman year of college studying abroad at the University of St Andrews. Lastly, they attended The Pingry School.
