Elizabeth Sobolik

Elizabeth Sobolik is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Interim Area Director of Human Resources at Kahler Hospitality Group since May 2024, Elizabeth previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Marcus Hotels & Resorts from March 2024 to May 2024. Elizabeth's prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Loews Minneapolis Hotel and The Saint Paul Hotel, where leadership focused on enhancing the employee experience for a large team. With a solid foundation as Corporate Director of Human Resources for Scalzo Hospitality, Inc. and various HR positions in notable hotel chains, Elizabeth brings a wealth of expertise in employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee services. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and completed Leadership St. Paul in 2017.
