Jonathan Hart

Jonathan Hart is an experienced strategic advisor and director with a diverse background spanning various industries, including food and beverage, sports, and retail. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at KAIKAKU and as Club Director for Exeter City Football Club, Hart supports both innovative technology in the F&B sector and the growth of supporter-owned football. Hart's extensive involvement with the RNLI includes roles as a Council Member and Chair of the Commercial Development Special Interest Group, in addition to being a Non-Executive Director for RNLI (Sales) Ltd. Previous leadership positions include Non-Executive Chairman roles at Crussh, 200 Degrees Coffee, and Bagel Nash, and executive positions as CEO of Thorntons and Managing Director at Caffe Nero, where significant growth and turnaround successes were achieved. Hart holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and has a track record of driving commercial revenue growth and operational excellence across various sectors.
