Carolyn Byer

Carolyn Byer is a dynamic operations and people leader with a background in hospitality management. With over 8 years of experience in operations, Carolyn was an individual unit manager before stepping into a multi-unit Associate Director role. She spent 4 years working for Saxbys, a national coffee & education company that focuses on providing opportunities for young people through their Experiential Learning Platform. Most recently, Carolyn was the People and Operations Manager for an ed-tech startup, and found her passion for working in the startup space!

She joined the KaiPod Learning team as Operations Manager to manage Pod operations and enrollment, and to assist KaiPod Learning to supercharge learning and flexible education for each student.

Carolyn is a travel and food enthusiast and resides in Philadelphia, PA with her boyfriend.
