Ryan Holmes

Ryan Holmes has worked as a teacher, director of STEAM curriculum and instruction at Boston Collegiate, and principal at Match Charter School. With 14 years of experience in the education space, Ryan has a demonstrated track record of developing programs that support students' academic achievement. Ryan has always been passionate about supporting school choice and creating unique and alternative models that support students' passions and intrinsic interests. In 2019, he launched a popular math tutoring service for homeschoolers called Elephants and Algebra. In 2021, Ryan joined KaiPod Learning as Chief Academic Officer. He leads the team of Learning Coaches in creating KaiPods where students' ambitions are known and fed, their academic skills are developed, and where Learning Coaches can partner with families and communities to create learning experiences that fit the needs of each individual child.
