Kyle Robertson

Kyle Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kyle is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Kairos Aerospace since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Worldcom Exchange Inc. from November 2018 to November 2021, where they served as a Lead DevOps Engineer. In this role, Kyle was responsible for designing, deploying, and configuring Cloud Management Platforms and automation initiatives using Red Hat Ansible. Kyle also played a key role in developing Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and Python modules/plugins for automating configurations across the tech stack. Additionally, Kyle was involved in designing and configuring hybrid cloud production computing environments across multiple platforms.

Before joining Worldcom Exchange Inc., Kyle worked as an Automation Engineer at the same company from July 2015 to June 2016. Kyle also gained experience as a Subject Area Tutor at the University of Vermont Learning Co-Op from September 2013 to May 2015. Kyle started their career as an Intern at Deployment Technologies Inc. from June 2011 to September 2012.

Kyle Robertson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics at the University of Vermont from 2011 to 2015. Kyle then pursued further education at the University of Ottawa, where they obtained their Msc Physics degree with a focus on Photovoltaics/Computational Solid State Physics from 2016 to 2019.
