Roy Mills has over three decades of experience working in the automotive industry. Roy began their career at Dana Corporation in 1985, where they held various roles, eventually becoming the Director of Product Engineering and Program Management. In 2010, Mills transitioned to Metalsa, where they served as the Director of Applications Engineering until 2016. Currently, they are employed at Kaiser Aluminum as the Director of Automotive Application Engineering.
Roy Mills earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in the years 1976 to 1980. Roy later went on to complete their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Toledo from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University between 1994 and 1997.
